In this video the importance of performing the canalith repositioning maneuver (CRM) and its effects on falls and gait will be described. The use of accelerometers, artificial intelligence and new technology to guide clinicians as they make the decision about which canal to treat and which CRM to utilize will be described based on the latest available evidence.
