In this video, you will learn about the configuration options that are available for your Sera™ device and how to set them up using the HearSIM™ software.
Go to the configuration setup by clicking on the hamburger icon and selecting configuration from the list.
Here you have the option to add screeners, facilities and risk factors that can be transferred to your Sera™ device.
Screener names and passwords are managed from this tab.
Only enter screener names and passwords if you want to enable the screener logging function on your Sera™ device.
To add a screener, click on the blue add-icon.
Type in the screener name and password and click on add.
You can add as many screeners as required here.
To edit a device password, click on the device password field and then change the password.
You can delete a screener by selecting a screener and clicking here to remove.
Facility names are managed here.
Click on the add icon to add the required facilities.
You can delete a facility name by clicking here and selecting 'remove'.
The risk factors are managed from this tab.
A default list of risk factors is shown in English.
You have the option here to remove or add extra risk factors in English or another language.
Click here to add a new risk factor.
To remove a risk factor, select here and press remove.
