Event. Interacoustics Academy Pediatric Audiology Masterclass

  • Date:
    24 June 2025
  • Location:
Interacoustics USA, Ron Perlt Learning Center

Overview

The Interacoustics Academy Pediatric Audiology Masterclass is a 3 day in-person course designed to deliver theoretical and hands-on training for pediatric assessment and management beyond the newborn stage. We are delighted to be able to host this course at the Ron Perlt Learning Centre, Interacoustics USA.

Covering behavioural assessment including visual reinforcement audiometry (VRA), play audiometry and speech testing, middle ear function testing and otoacoustic emissions, as well as aided cortical testing and hearing aid fitting and management, this course will equip delegates with the knowledge and skills to perform accurate hearing assessments in the pediatric population. This course will focus on the latest innovations and evolutions in pediatric audiology in 2025. Case studies, demonstrations and practical sessions will be used to familiarise delegates with state-of-the-art equipment, best practices in testing technique, results interpretation and the management of straight forward and complex scenarios.

Target participants: Audiologists, otolaryngologists, audiovestibular physicians and any other healthcare professionals seeking to develop or enhance their pediatric audiology skills and knowledge.

Prerequisite knowledge: This course assumes a general understanding of pediatric audiology and is ideal for clinicians with existing experience working within pediatric audiology who are seeking a refresher or update to their clinical practice.

Date: June 24th - 26th 2025

3-day Course Fee: $600 (includes lunch)
