How to add a new patient to your OtoAccess® Database.
This is how you can add a new patient to your OtoAccess® Database.
When you want to add a new patient, press the 'Add new patient' button.
Now you are ready to add your patient details.
The four orange arrows indicate the required fields.
These must be filled in for you to continue.
Let's say that you are about to see a patient called Emma Smith.
And Emma was born in April 2022.
And you also have to fill out the patient ID.
This can be the patient's social security, or medical record number for example.
Press 'Save changes', and then you can see that Emma is added to your OtoAccess® Database.
