Tympanometry

Capture the details that matter

High-resolution recordings, “Endless airflow” and intelligent pump technology work together to deliver precise and repeatable measurements.
The pressure sweep automatically slows around the tympanometric peak to provide greater measurement resolution where it is most relevant.

Adapt the test battery to your needs

  • Three Eustachian tube function tests
  • Ipsi and contra acoustic reflexes
  • Reflex decay
  • Reflex latency
  • High frequency probe tones
  • Shoulder unit and probe indicator LED

Wideband tympanometry

Visualize middle ear performance in 3D

Interactive 3D visualizations make it easier to explore middle ear function across pressure and frequency, helping identify clinically relevant patterns and deviations from normative data.

Go beyond conventional tympanometry

Wideband Tympanometry (WBT) measures absorbance across frequencies from 226 Hz to 8 kHz during a pressure sweep, providing a more comprehensive picture of middle ear performance than conventional tympanometry alone.

Complete the diagnostic picture with OAE and ABR data

Combine WBT with OAE and ABR measurements to better understand the influence of middle ear status on test outcomes and support more informed clinical decision-making.

Support differential diagnosis confidently

Wideband absorbance can reveal characteristics associated with conditions such as otitis media with effusion, ossicular chain abnormalities, and other middle ear disorders. Combined with pressure-dependent analysis and normative comparisons, WBT provides additional diagnostic confidence.

Automated ABR

The automated ABR (ABRIS) module uses the CE-Chirp® stimulus to reduce test times by up to 50% compared to traditional click stimuli.

A clear result in a single test flow

Following patient preparation, simply press start and await a pass/refer result.
The default CE-Chirp® (35 dB nHL) protocol provides a reliable automated ABR test with a sensitivity of 99.9% and a specificity of more than 96%.

Flexible for different screening environments

With user-configurable protocols and automatic transducer detection, Titan adapts easily to a variety of clinical and screening workflows.

CE-Chirp® Stimulus family
Designed to compensate for cochlear travel time, CE-Chirp® stimuli can produce larger response amplitudes than traditional click stimuli, supporting faster and more confident waveform identification.

DPOAE and TEOAE

OAE testing tailored to your needs

From newborn hearing screening to comprehensive cochlear assessment, Titan supports both DPOAE and TEOAE testing on a single platform that can be configured to match your clinical workflow.

Built for efficient screening

Precise stimulus control, continuous noise monitoring, and weighted averaging help deliver reliable results quickly, even in challenging screening environments.

Advanced tools for diagnostic evaluation

Customizable protocols, flexible test parameters, and an extended frequency range provide the control needed for more detailed investigation of cochlear function.

Additional insight with pressurized OAE

Pressurized OAE measurements can help compensate for the effects of middle ear pressure, improving response detection and supporting assessment in infants and young children.
