In this case study you will see a patient who has Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). See if you can work out from the Dix Hallpike and Head Roll test which canal, or canals are affected. Horizontal, anterior, and posterior canals can all be affected by BPPV. BPPV can also affect multi-canals. It is therefore essential to understand the eye movements the patient displays and determine how these movements are associated with each canal. This case study was recorded at Aalborg University Hospital using the VisualEyes 525 VNG system and the TRV chair.
